Justin has been working on major infrastructure projects for the past 15 years and is chartered through the Institute of Environment Management and Assessment. They have included Natural Gas Storage, Overhead Lines, Crossrail, Sewer Infrastructure and he is currently working with the Environment Agency to deliver the Moors at Arne Managed Realignment scheme.
A construction environment manager's role includes assessing and minimising the possible impacts resulting from construction and applying for any additional consents from other regulators for complex parts of the proposed operations. His role also involves making sure the project is prepared to deal with any emergency situations that could lead to environment impacts and he oversees a team of specialists to make sure project's meet all the goals they have set.
