Dorset Bird Club and BTO jointly hosted an excellent conference at QE School, Wimborne, on 16 November 2024 about Nature's Recovery in Dorset. Over 200 people attended and enjoyed outstanding talks by a wide range of organisations giving examples of landscape-scale nature recovery projects happening in Dorset and schemes to protect and restore to our skies some very special birds such as Choughs, Red Kites, Swifts and White-tailed Eagles. By all accounts, Dorset is leading the way through the scale and scope of its fantastic multi-agency projects. We are fortunate indeed!
